Full-Time Show Room Manager/Administrator

Our Garage Door and Floor Coating company needs the expertise of a Showroom Manager/Administrator who has experience in the Construction or Garage Door industry. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of excellent customer service to meet with customers in our Bloomington showroom on their need for garage doors or Polyurea Floor coatings. We are a steadily growing company, located in both Bloomington, MN and Baldwin, WI serving a vast market area for both industries.

Because of our growth, we need a Showroom Manager/Administrator who can usher us into the next phase of our development and ensure that we continually meet our projected sales quotas. Some additional work at home and trade shows will be required. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and ensure smooth running of the Bloomington showroom and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Job Duties:

–Coordinates showroom activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

–Day to day operations of a Garage Door Company

–Answering phones and emails, assisting customers or team members

–Scheduling jobs/service for 2+ installers and assisting in preparation for their day

–Track incoming orders

–Assist with Contractor Accounts

–Assist walk-in customers with garage door selections

–Prepare estimates and take offs from construction plans

–Build sales quotations to customers as directed by outside sales

–Support the sales department in all stages of the sales and installation process

–Assist with inventory requirements, monitor inventory and order inventory as needed

–Updates and inputs for CRM program for the Minnesota clientele

–Keep the showroom clean and presentable

–Assist the team in working home and trade shows when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

–Construction experience or garage door experience is required

–Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

–Attention to detail is a must

–Microsoft Excel, Service Fusion CRM, QuickBooks knowledge recommended

–Must be able to lift 25-100lbs

–Must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills

–Must have strong customer service skills

Pay and Benefit

–$35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

Full-Time Garage Door Installer / Service Technician 

JOB SUMMARY

The job requirements include servicing existing and installation of new overhead doors. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Complete necessary paperwork properly. Present a positive attitude and work closely with customers on the site. Must have fantastic customer service skills. Basic hand tools will be required, truck will be provided. Good driving record is a must. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of commercial door installation experience.

–Pay: $22.00-$32.00.

–Experience: 4 years installation experience (preferred) 

–Education:  High school or equivalent (required)

–License: Drivers (required)
