Garage Floor Coating Specialist
Blackhawk Garage Door is seeking a full-time experienced garage floor coating specialist to add to our residential and commercial flooring division. You will be working with builders, commercial clients and homeowners to prepare concrete surfaces and apply high-performance floor coating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Prep residential and commercial concrete surfaces using walk-behind grinders and hand grinders.
- Product Application: Mix and apply professional-grade Polyurea and Epoxy surface coatings.
- Project Versatility: Perform coating installations across various settings, including garages, patios, and basements.
- Physical Labor: Ability to lift 100 lbs. consistently.
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Experience: 1 year of concrete or concrete coating experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Driving & Safety: Must have a good driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical.

Garage Door Installer/Technician
Blackhawk Garage Door is seeking a full-time experienced garage door technician/installer to add to our residential and commercial door division. You will be working with builders, commercial clients and homeowners to install, maintain, and repair garage door systems.
Responsibilities:
- Installation & Service: Tear down and install residential/commercial garage doors, openers, and related components.
- Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical and electrical problems, provide solutions, and discuss options with clients professionally.
- Logistics: Operate a company truck to transport materials from the shop to customer job sites.
- Customer Service: Interact with homeowners and builders to provide superior service and ensure high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Experience: Garage door installation and repair experience preferred; basic mechanical skills required.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License in good standing and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in all weather conditions with a strong record of attendance.
