The only things that floor coatings may not be able to withstand are welding and anything that can result in very hot substances touching the floor. Burn marks can be created.

Are they easy to maintain?

Sweep off sand and salt then simply rinse with water. A squeegee works great to clear water off.
Ask us about our LGX-501 Floor Cleaner. This solvent-based cleaner has been designed specifically to work with our polyurea coatings. When mixed with warm water, the liquid concentrate will make your floors sparkling clean.
If you prefer, you may use a 8:1 ratio of Simple Green, Pine Sol, CLR, Dawn in a spray bottle and a bucket of hot water can be all you need to get the job done. Another solution to deep clean the floor is ½ cup of ammonia to a gallon of hot water. Apply the mixture with the sponge mop, rinsing the mop often.
Avoid long term exposure to Bleach and stay away from acids and highly corrosive materials.
For tougher cleaning let the cleaner sit on the floor for 5-10 minutes and scrub with a scrub brush or stiff bristle broom. Wait an additional 5 minutes, followed by a rinse for a revitalized floor.
If fluids spill onto the floor, spot clean with a soft cloth. If the spill leaves a film, Windex can be used to clean.
Vacuum out saw cuts and contraction joints at least once a month or just use a broom to keep the debris out.
