  Ner with BlackHawk was very professional and assisted us with trouble shooting our issue. We needed to replace our garage door opener. Ner and John installed a new garage door opener in timely manner and programmed the openers and keypad for us. Made sure I could use them prior to leaving. I would give six stars if I could.   Pleased with Blackhawk all around, from scheduling, sales and the installation tech. Shane (sales) took time to review door options and explain benefits of the door I chose. Brent (installation) explained the work he was doing, and what to expect from a timeframe perspective. After the install he explained maintenance to be done to maintain the door. Highly recommend.

  I just had Ray (service tech) come out and look at my garage door. When I would push the button, it was acting like something was in the way. Nothing was in the way and I didn't know how to fix it myself. Ray looked at it, noticed that the sensors were off and he moved them, bolted them down better and showed me afterwards where I should always see a green light. Ray went above and beyond and was very informative. He was a "Ray of Sunshine" 🙂 I asked him if I needed to replace (because it is an old door/and opener) he said "I believe you will get a few more years out of this one!" Believe me, when I do have to replace, I will call BlackHawk again to do the replacement. I appreciate their honesty and their kind staff!

  Ner did a great job today installing our new insulated garage door. Also, we had Blackhawk lay down a Polyurea floor coating for our garage floor. Later we found an imperfection that they are going to come back and take care of for no additional cost.

  Our garage door spring broke around 6 PM, trapping both vehicles inside. I emailed BlackHawk Garage Door that evening, and by 9 PM, I had confirmation that a technician would arrive between 10 AM and 12 PM the next day. The tech showed up right at 10 AM and had everything fixed in under an hour. Outstanding service. Very fast, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!

  We ordered 2 garage doors from BlackHawk Garage Door on about Nov 1, and they were installed on Dec 31. Our installation team, Brent and Ner, were friendly, fast, and professional, and the installed doors look great! Brent programmed the garage door openers and the keypad for us, and he made certain that we understood how to use them before he left. Prior to the installation, all communications with the production manager, Nate Nelson, were excellent, clear, and timely. We could not be more pleased with the service we've received from BlackHawk Garage Door!

  So pleased with the service we received. The spring broke on our garage door. We called Blackhawk and they were out the next day, did a complimentary fix on the existing door and ordered a new door for us. Within 5 weeks they were out and installed the new door. Exceptional work. I am thrilled that we have a local business who does such great work. Thank you!

  I reached out this morning (not even sure if they were open but answered my call anyway) to set up an appointment with Chris and he took care of me immediately. Kevin showed up when he said he would and got right to working on my garage door. I am beyond grateful and thoroughly impressed at the customer service and great work they do! I highly recommend calling them, you will be treated like family...I sure was!

  I called yesterday (Wednesday) and scheduled an appointment for Friday… received a text message today letting me know that they have a few free minutes if I was available for them to stop by… Kevin Showed up and got right to work… was in and out in less than 15 minutes and my garage door was working just like that!. Kevin was fantastic! Even went out of his way to add an extra bolt to make sure everything was secure and helped me program my keyless entry! Highly recommend! If I would have known it would be this fast and easy, I would have called two weeks ago! Thank you, thank you!
